Lack of customer service & and membership not being canceled

This place is unbelievable!!! I've requested already more than 4 times that my membership should be canceled. And it still hasn't been done till this day even tho I was told it would be. Debit orders have been going off and I've made this aware to them. DO NOT know what language I need to speak for this to happen. Next step will be legal actions.
