Lack in basic telephonic etiquette!

I've just had a opportunity to experience "service delivery" by Dineo Movhise. How absolutely embarrassing for an organization to have someone of such low calibre handling your calls and tarnishing your reputation! She lacks the ability to deal with clients telephonically and seems to take great pleasure in knowing this! Absolutely disgusting!
