I have been fighting with Planet fitness Platterkloof for more than a year,they ****ed up with my account I eventually got all evidence against them showing its on there side,yet they still not paying back my money after they debated a whole year from me and accused me of being in arrears which i wasn't.

Now that they need to pay back my money and settle my account, they nowhere to be found. I lost a full year of membership due to there fiance department being *********** in the job they meant to be doing right.

Now I need to visit the actually gym to settle my ****, I'm pretty sure if this was a different situation and ofcourse the customer living in a area close by this **** was going to be sorted out within 7-14 working days with no hesitation.

But nope I'm a colored living in a local area, trying to stay active through my pregnancy,and yet they took that away from me. Now I need to do there work for them where I am the customer here.
