Just stop taking my money!

Confirmed cancellation of membership but you are still deducting membership fees from me. Reference numbers PF*** and PF***. How much more airtime must i still waste calling your call centre who keeps assuring me my membership is cancelled and that i will get a refund in the next few days. I have been extremely patient but in not willing to wait any longer, please sort this out!
