Just not up to standard

I am a new member about 2/3month. And its not been great at all. I wonder if someone actually goes and make sure they follow the health and safety regulations. The one in olympus not up to scratch this whole week. Stinks. No water also no paper towels. Had to ask them today. And the list goes on..Really i am paying to be there. Aircons,dont think they work. Or the heat is set to high. Please can someone go to virgin and see how it should be done. And this happens at castle gate too.. so it must be a regional problem.
