Just Gym Randfontein mis-sold the service/product just to sign us up.

My partner had received a free one week voucher from Khululwa Bokwe and on the 19th March we both went there to find out more. She told us that we would pay R199 for the first three months then the normal membership would kick it thereafter. We signed up for the 24 months contract. Our pro rata fee was calculated at R117 including the tag fee for R100. The R217.00 was paidon that same day, however on the 03rd April, my account was debited with R378 instead of the R199. I am expecting to pay the R279 starting from July and my tag fee is was said to be a once off fee, however this has not been the case. The terms and conditions are now different to what we had been led to believe.
