Just gym/ Planet fitness

I have called planet fitness 10 times but no answer. I have requested to cancel or not extend my contract and Arthur ( consultant) sent me an email confirming I only owe R254.11 and it was debited on the 29th. Today I call says recoveries asking them to check if all is in order since PF is not answering, to my surprise I still owe... I need clarity and understanding on way I was debited twice for April and May.
