Just Gym? No Just Unprofessional.

I am a PAYING CUSTOMER of Planet Fitness Just Gym branch in Meadowdale. It has become very clear that staff member are blatantly rude and unprofessional and have found it appropriate behavior to create personal issues with PAYING CUSTOMERS. I have been putting up with this for 2 months now and decided to lodge a complaint against the staff members in question. On contacting the branch I asked for the members names on duty and I then requested the head offices contact details . I was very nervelessly given the names of the staff members and then given the number for the IT department. This was a clear indication that the staff members knew exactly why I was asking for head offices number and they tried to create a diversion. Staff at Meadowdale Planet Fitness have no clear distinction between their social lives and work environment and due to this unfortunate inability they act unprofessionally towards PAYING CUSTOMERS. I encourage vigilance among member so as to report any staff providing substandard service and behaving inappropriately. If anyone else is experiencing problems I encourage you to complain and to start demanding the environment that we are paying for.
