Just Gym, Just Sucks

Went to the Meadowdale Planet Fitness Just Gym, first time coming across the Just Gym.

Went in to enquire about signing back up to Planet Fitness as I've always been a member an supported them over Virgin.

Went through the gym an contract with a very helpful advisor, request a complentary session for a friend and I to try out the gym before signing 24 months.

Advisor called the manager, Bruce, and what a ******** *****. He's unprofessional and rude. I told him I'm not concerned about the pricing but with the facilities, Virgin Active offered me a free weekend this weekend and Bruce refuses to offer a day complementary.

Told him if he can't even offer than then I'd walk away, he said "that's fine I'm sure we'll see you back here".

If he had a counter offer or even said I must pay a day rate that's fine but let me get over his serious ego, also if think you'd have someone a little more inspirational as a manager rather than...
