Joining planet fitness @centurion gate will be your biggest regret.

This branch has the worst costumer service and useless employees. They will do anything to rip you off money and lie to customers faces with no shame. I was signed up without my consent and knowledge,only to see money existing my account from this branch. I’ve never signed up at this branch and have been calling them since December 14th to date 22March 2023 regarding this matter and was promised it will be resolved and receive a refund within 14 days. I’ve had to do 1 hour drives twice to this branch to see the manager whom is been nowhere to be found on both occasions 2nd & 3rd March. Front desk employees said they would sort this out but I have not heard a word from them until today since I called in to do a follow up …to my discovery that the account is still not cancelled as promised since December. Their behaviour is ********* and immensely disappointing. They do not deserve 1star at all. Worst experience ever.
