Ive got 99 problems but the customers aint one

<p>very bad experience at Planet Fitness Fourways. Broken equipment, extremely humid, dirty equipment and overall club experience. </p> <p>Reported on floor and was totally ignored, went to website to report - website faulty and did not accept complaints. Phoned in and was told told to email my complaint. This was 2 weeks ago and no reapond. Had a sales person phone from the club to upsell, refused and explained the issue - was told that he will personally ask the GM to contact me - all lies.</p> <p> </p> <p>frustrated is not the word, asked to cancel my membership but nothing is said. Using a health favility should be a relaxing experience - not to constant look for equipment as there are hardly people on thr floor to assist, cleaning equipment prior to use due to dust and not being able to use equipment because its broken and a health hazard. </p> <p>Struggling to justify ehy I pay the membership amount that I pay currently. Would love to take this even higher...took a few videos of broken equipment and some photos of the state of the place. Regardless of a revamp happening - this is still a health club and some standards needs to be adhered too..</p>
