issue unresolved

i had taken out a one month contract for the period of December which was paid upfront in cash however i appear to be linked to vitality which is not what i signed up for, ie the one month contract was taken outside of vitality however i have noticed i am receiving points through vitality which means that if i want to join a proper gym with vitality i cant because i appear to be contracted through PF. i want this fixed asap. i have been complaining to no end with no assistance.
