I am trying to cancel my gym membership, it ends in November.... But your call center agent told me that there's still 5 months that must still go off... Due to lock down.... Which is bull! It is not the members fault that SA went into lock down for 5 months. My gym membership ends in November, why must I now pay until March 2021? This is just ****!
