Is Plannet fitness ran by ****mers?

As per request by Cole from Planet fitness Queenswood Pretoria branch I am writing this review. Firstly I went to enquire about the R50 special that is advertised on the Discovery website on this link. https://www.discovery.co.za/vitality/planet-fitness-sept-oct-2026. Martin the first consultant explained how the activation fee and all the fees work, and then I asked a few things regarding the contract and that is when he said he would call his Manager Cole to assist me with my queries regarding the contract. I then asked Cole to activate the above mentioned special and he asked for my details which I gave him and typed in myself. Then at the end he asked me to sign, then I asked to see the contract and he blatantly said "No" . That is when I said thank you and left. Planet fitness please explain what kind of conpany you are running that allows your employees to try and ******* and on top of that, violate a human beings rights. A few moments later I get a email sending me a contract and I do not understand why I would get a contract If I did not sign anything.

That is when I called their call centre and. a gentleman by the name of Ayanda called me back and I explained what I had gone through at the branch. Thank you Ayanda for being a good person. I hope to receive the email I asked for clarifying that I did not sign the contract and that they have deleted my profile from their databases.
