Irritating service from Planet Fitness

Two months ago I asked for my gym membership to be transferred from one branch to another as I have relocated, even today that has not been done. Needless to say that they've been very consistent with debiting the gym fee and closing each I had logged with them. I've never been this angry in my life - they have really disappointed me. Some Vanessa and Zanele consultants at their contact centre are extremely useless by the way.
