I had the pleasure of being consulted by an Employee called Wouter at Planet fitness Irene link, Wouter was very professional and Engaging, helping me see all the facilities and taking me on a tour of the building, not only professional but also attentive in a more personal, get to know you type of way, which is nice because im usually accustomed to the very robotic sales pitch with a generic "we are here to assist", but that was not the case at the irene link branch , not only was Wouter a nice and pleasant person to deal with, the manager and the rest of the staff were very helpful, friendly and attentive as well. They really helped me choose a good membership for me and my wife and i am more than satisfied with the result. Thank you all for your professionalism and a Thank you to Wouter for his assistance.
