Irate client

Hi I had written a review complaining about the service of Planet Fitness and the fact that they did not respond to my query. It took them months to call me back and they said they had resolved my query. Till to date, my query has not been resolved. I want to cancel this thing because it is causing me a headache and take my business elsewhere. Surely, I should be allowed to do sign up with another gym if I am not happy with planet fitness. That business is a ****!
