****ing useless service

I wouldn't even give a ****** one star rating to this pathetic company,

I joined the membership in 2018, i signed on for a 12 month contract, but the idiot sales person in Rustenburg did not know the difference between 12 months and 24 months, so she decided to get more money out of us signing us up for 24 months!!!

I have never gone for one gym session, i didnt even go for the ****** introduction,

They loaded debit orders on which ever date they felt like and of course it would be a day that the fund have been transferred out of my account,

this has caused my account to be in arrears i have phoned them numerous times to set up an arrangement and to find out if we can cancel the arrangement, they said under no circumstance so i made an arrangement i could pay monthly after loosing my work.

After 4 ****ing years they keep on billing me for a 2 year contract, they handed me over as i could some months not pay the monthly fee,

I have pleaded with them so many time but they don't ****ing care,

You are all a ****ing bunch of greedy ****ers and i am so tired that people/ businesses asking to rate their service,

well planet fitness as well as ****ing Landau attorneys you got a rating of less than one star today,

i really hope there are more people out there that is experiencing the same issue and that they may raise their issue so that these businesses loose customers,
