Inefficient processes

Months later after cancelling my membership and being asked to pay exorbitant cancellation fees (which I paid) - I am now being constantly harassed by collectors (Landau) instructed by Planet fitness. I have furnished both parties with records of communication and proof of payments but a different person keeps calling me asking me to do the same thing. The processes on both side are clearly not efficient and neither of them is willing to do something about it

Needless to say the whole experience has left a sour taste in my mouth - I wouldn’t suggest getting into contract with them under any circumstance
