Inefficiency and incompetencies by agents at planet fitness Randfontein.

I canceled my membership in February 2018 and upon cancelation I requested all outstanding settlement amount to cancel. I was emailed banking details and the amount to pay however now I'm getting emails and phone calls stating that I owe Saya recoveries an amount of R500 just because the planet fitness agent was *********** in a sense that they did not disclose to me what other amounts were outstanding further more they only updated their details in July. I cannot pay for something that I am not liable for as I closed the account and it's accumulated interests or fees which I do not understand as the account was closed. Today I'm threatened as my credit score is being tarnished with SMSs stating that I will be listed on the ITC. I'm busy with bond applications now and this will not reflect well ony credit score when I have done everything in my power to prevent this. Now I will have to go through a long process once more and involve the ombudsman just to clear my name.
