Increased contract pricing and no response

This is now my last resort to get any sort of response of this company. I started a contract with planet fitness in august 2014, according to my knowledge this was only a 12month contract. However when I went in to the roodepoort branch in October 2015 they told me that it was in fact a 24 month contract. And that the price has also gone up from the \special price"I initially signed at. Since then I have made countless attempts to contact head office and the manager of the branch"
