Incorrectly Handover

On the 22/06/2014 I took a 12 month contract from the gym. I agreed (I have the copy of the agreement) to pay R2507.50 the first month and the 2nd month an amount of R2407.50 to a total outstanding amount of R4915.<br> I paid the two payments with the gym. <br> The gym contacted me in January stating that I'm in arrears, I went to the branch in Lynwood and after the consultant phoned and checked their system she indicated that they made a mistake and that there is no outstanding fees.<br> Today I got a message from Saya Recoveries Pty ltd stating that I have an outstanding balance of R597.51 for Planet Fitness. <br> This means that Planet Fitness has handed my account which can't be in arrears over to a debt collection agency. <br> If the above matter is not resolved I will lodge a formal complaint with the Ombudsman<br>
