Incorrect Gym Membership Premium

For 3 months planet fitness has not updated my membership details thus resulting in a incorrect premiums being deducted. In my time theie management has changes 3 times and this prolonging the process of anything being dealt with.

Bad administration Empty promises No feedback unless you call them Useless call centre agents Pathetic turn around times
