Joined at Heuweloord with a medical aid benefit. A week after joining gets asked by the gym to sign a Sanlam Reality waiver as I already have a medical aid benefit. Confirm I will do so. The form given to me on email states waiver of medical aid benefit. Enquire, Told I should not worry, they will scratch out medical aid and insert Sanlam Reality. Obviously I do not want to sign a waiver stating my present benefit is being waved. Ask for a Sanlam Reality form waiver. No, this is the way they do it. Can someone at this big corporate company take two minutes and change a few words on a Word Form to produce the correct form or if they do not know how, ask AI to do it for them.
