Incorrect deductions
In December My Girlfriend and I joined the PF Gym in Walmer with a 30-day membership that I bought through Groupon. We started going to the gym and really enjoyed it. Before the end of December one of the sales people told us about the promotion of the time being that, if you join before the end of December you get the first month free and will not pay a joining fee at a monthly membership of R169.
I then forfeited the remainder of my \Groupon membership"and joined the Gym on a 24-month contract. So my first payment should have been R169 at the end of Jan for Feb.

On 31 Jan my account was debited twice: R169 and again R179.13. I enquired via your website form and the gym and nobody seems to really be sorting the problem out.

I have asked about it about four times at the gym"
