Incorrect Debit Order Planet fitness Scottsville

I've signed up in January for a contract that was R398 per person, I've been debited R498 ever since then and requested correction from April and this issue continues. I've raised it multiple times with the customer complaint department and the Salesman as well as the salesman at the Branch, they never bother to give feedback unless I call in. I was told last month that this debit order has been fixed because for some strange reason they enrolled me for a " Black Tag" membership which I cannot understand as I don't have anyone to take with me. So either the salesman was earning a higher commission or there's been some negligence some where along the line. I feel ****** as when I started reversing the debit orders they then sent debt collectors requests to get me to pay. There's been no credit in my fees and have been still debited R498 again in August. Absolutely disgusted with this behavior
