Incorrect debit order / Misleading & horrible service

I have joined the planet fitness Lynnwood and was told that my monthly payment would be R149 and when my first debit order went off it was R299.

I enquired with the club and they told me that I would pay R299 for the first 3 months and thereafter R480.

This was not my agreement with them. they gave me false information - Pamela and Proud at Lynnwood club.

When I queried the mistake, Pamela only said oh it was i miss-communication. They are misleading and *********.
