Incorrect Debit order

<p>The day I went to join, I had to pay the Tag fee of R100. End of January i was suppose to pay the pro rata for January. Contract started 18-01-2017. Monthly fee is R349. Correct amount was deducted for January. February came and they deducted R449. Claiming this amount includes the Tag Fee. They confirmed that the tag was paid at the gym as well. After several promises to rectify, they would deduct an amount of R249 for March. This didn't happen. They yet again deducted R349. I have sent numerous requests on their website about this and never got any feedback.</p>
