Incorrect debit

very disapponted that I joined with my sanlam rewards plan therefore my membership was to only be R80 p/m.. my sign up was done manually due to systems being down etc but I was assured only R80 would run aa a debit order...come month end R199 was debited then I still get told its my fault because I signed a week before month end.. so its my fault that when I joined in the beginning of Sept the systems were down and my documents weren't ready to sign. now I've raised the issue with the sales consultant and branch manager and still no feedback. Pathetic service really.
