incorect information

on the 3rd of July i called Planet fitness to cancel my contract. Bianca said it can be done because July was the last month of my contract. i will have until the end of July to make use of the gym and that the payment for July would be the last Ref nr PF***.<br> planet fitness still debited my account for August. wen i called them on the 3rd of august i spoke to Ntsuxeko Ndlovu who told me that i had been given the wrong information and that August will be the last month<br> <br> i want my August money back
