Inconvenient Operating Hours at Platnet Fitness Jubilee Mall

Dear Platnet Fitness Management,

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the operating hours at the Platnet Fitness gym located at Jubilee Mall. As a loyal member for many years, I have noticed significant changes to the gym's hours of operation, which are no longer aligned with the published schedule on your website.

The website states that the gym is open from:

- Monday to Friday: 5am to 9pm - Saturday: 7am to 4pm - Sunday and public holidays: 8am to 2/3pm

However, in reality, the gym closes at 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on Fridays. This reduced operating schedule is inconvenient and restrictive, particularly for members who work late hours and can only visit the gym after 6:30pm.

Furthermore, the policy of limiting showers to 7:30pm is unacceptable. As a paying member, I expect to have access to all facilities, including showers, during the advertised operating hours.

I urge you to reconsider the operating hours at the Jubilee Mall gym, particularly on weekends, where the gym is only open for 4 hours. This is not only inconvenient but also restrictive, limiting my ability to utilize the facilities as I see fit.

I hope you will take my complaint seriously and make the necessary adjustments to provide a more convenient and accessible service to your members.
