Inconsistent classes. No aircon

Planet fitness centurion mall - no aircon for 3 months. No ETR - instructors do not give classes per schedule - instructors change randomly with some not adhering to the class type - have driven to gym only for instructors not to pitch for work - member’s feedback met with laughter.
