Inconsistency

I am a member at Planet Fitness Roodepoort. I have a black tag which means that I can bring in my daughter to exercise with me, but I must be there/accompany her. I am a Director with a Company and about once a month I have a urgent meeting after hours which means I cannot accompany her to the gym. Then I normally ask a favor with one of the staff members and they let her in alone. This week I had a urgent meeting late afternoon and arranged for my daughter to be dropped of at the gym. I was blatantly refused by the manager, Mike to let my daughter in alone. He told me that I am trying to ********* him. I made 2 anonymous calls to different Planet Fitness gyms as if I wanted to join and stated that I would sometimes not be able to join my daughter to gym because of work responsibility. In both instances I was assured that as an exception to the rule, this will not be a problem and they will allow my daughter to gym alone. This inconsistency has just cost me a huge potential loss of business. The gym is also debiting my bosses business account for my daughter's gym fees which I never permitted. The owner has never responded to any requests to talk to him about many other problems.
