*********** Stuff and the Manager Nompumelelo , Agents don’t care about customer emotions and struggles

I have been visiting the store in Sandton, I called in the call center spoke to several people however not one has been able to clear my name under this pathetic and poor service gym, my complain has been going over for 11 months or so and still no resolution and my account has been handed over which is affecting my credit record because of *********** stuff such as Zinhle who **** about escalation of my inquiry and William who tried to be smart over me and then his manager Nompumelelo who’s got empty promises to customers as she said she’ll send details about this matter so I can also prove that Planetfiness is in the process of terminating this membership that doesn’t even have to exist and this because of the *********** lady in Sandton the marc Princess Dlamini who just wanted commission in my name, everyone just treating me like a kid because I’m canceling membership, I’m not even canceling it doesn’t have to be there in the first place, the reason why I didn’t wanna continue with the sign up with this pathetic and disgusting services , PLEASE CANCEL AND REMOVE MY NAME ON YOUR SYSTEMS I DONT OWE YOU EVEN A CENT, this affecting my credit record for over 11 months.
