Added money on account for no reason. Spoke to more than 10 call centre agents, call centre manager, club staff and admin manager. Nobody knows why the amount was added. Everybody promises to find out and phone back. Nobody phones back. Last comment was to just pay the money to fix the account even though nobody knows what the amount is for.
