***********, dishonest disgraces to humanity!!

These unhelpful illiterate idiots claim I owe them a payment for March 2020 yet I have been going to the gym since restrictions were lifted in Sep 2020 up til the day in March 2021 when my tag didnt work and the idiots present didnt bother to assist they just said arrears and pushed me off to the call centre. Unlike the fools in your employ I am fully aware of my money, my debts and what it means to be a contributing member of society!! It has been a week since I have provided concrete proof of all my payments by means of my bank statements and no one has bothered to even respond to my numerous emails. Because these unqualified employees of yours cannot so bookkeeping and proper record keeping i was made to be humiliated as i was denied access and it will now be 2 calendar weeks without being able to gym yet i have paid you people faithfully and you have the damn proof! Should I not receive a response AND apology today....I am going to the media and embarrass you like you did me and I will definitely consult my legal practitioners to pursue a case of frud, theft and defamation of character!
