*********** and Unprofessional

I joined PF in February 2020 and i was told that i will be getting a free month subscription. In March 2020 the President announced for a national lock-down -( i was going to the gym in March before the lock-down was announced ... PF has handed over my account to SAYA recoveries and i do not understand why .... not even once have they ever tried to debit my account or contact me for a payment . To my surprise i received an SMS from SAYA recoveries stating that i am owing . I then called SAY and spoke to a very rude consultant by the name of Jeanette who told me that i am a debtor and i owe PF about R900 ... first of all i do not understand why PF has never attempted to debit me if i was supposed to make a payment , 2ndly my monthly membership is R599 so i do not understand what is the R900 made up of.... I am very much applaud by this *********** behavior and lack of professionalism from PL and secondly very furious as this will have a negative impact on my credit profile as not even once have they attempted to debit or contact me before handing me over
