*********** Administration and incorrect Billing!!!

<p>My husband, Steven Matt Griffiths had a once off payment contract with Planet fitness almost 9 years ago. Thus it was paid for in full. Now 9 years later their debt collection company is hounding my husband for R 14 000!!!!!!! This is even after he had to go to his Planet fitness branch and get a copy of the original contract. He then sent it to the Planet Fitness Debt collectors department where telephonic ally they informed that even though they can see that it is a once off payment 1 year contract. They are just doing their jobs!!!! Now my husband is being handed over to be blacklisted for something I paid in full because your administration is not done properly! !!!! I want this resolved NOW!!!!!</p>
