When my partner and I joined the gym the sales consultant didn't inform us paying any Levy or extra money we would pay every month. We we're only informed about Pro Rata and joining fee so we signed up... We paid R550 in total<br> <br> A month later R600 was debited from my account on the wrong day we agreed that they'd debit on the last day of the month they debited on the 25th I called the call center they did not help me I called the gym they told me the sales consultant does not work there anymore.<br> We spoke to the Gym manager and I let it go<br> This month Planet fitness debited R1 0000 from my account I personally went to the gym to ask about this they told me it's for Levy <br> <br> This service so damn poor!
