Incompetence Planet Fitness Roodepoort

I moved from Virgin Active to Planet Fitness. Planet Fitness informed me that I will get 75% discount on my membership as I have a Vitality Active not Premium membership. Yesterday I receive a message from them, they could not activate my benefit. I tried to call their call Centre as per the message but it says it is doesn't exist. I called vitality which informed me that I do not qualify. I cannot afford to pay the joining fee of R2000 or upgrade my vitality membership. Should Planet Fitness not have done their due diligence after I have asked on numerous occasions are they sure I qualify. I did tell them I do not have Vitality Premium. Even the Gim manager spoke to me and confirmed it.
