Incompetence in abundance

Online support staff remains *********** and unable to assist with basic requests.

I asked to cancel my gym membership earlier this week and an email was sent with a price and a disclaimer that it's only valid for 24 hours.

24 hours passed and I did not find the time to pay the fee on time.

So today I requested to cancel my membership again and my case was closed without them sending me a new email.

I can't wait to leave this GYM!

I will NEVER join planet fitness again or recommend them to anyone.

Their service is absolutely terrible!
