INCOMPETENCE & CHEEKY ATTITUDE
I'm a full member of Planet Fitness@Centurion Gate for more than 4 years.On Friday 15/1/2016 I approached the receptionist NDITSHENI.She referred me back to the tag gate.She was very arrogant&cheeky, her phone rang & answered.I asked her once again to open the gate for me,because I was in a hurry.She took the phone off her ear and stared at me from head to toes HER WORDS\can you not see I am busy trying to open the gate"I answered \""NO"
