Incompetence and continued LIES

I have been having this complaint with my contract since May 2021 and am still fighting to get them and the Recovery Agencies off my back.

In Aug 2021 I received an email from PF "sorry to see you go" and wrongly assumed it was all done. On 9 March I was sent a letter from SAYA Recoveries PTY Ltd to say I have 7 days to make payment. On 10 March 2022 I personally went to see Julie van Rooyen at Hennopsview PF and she told me that my account had been closed and I owe nothing and she had no idea who instructed this company to send me that letter.

She confirmed the facts with the Area Manager, Chris telephonically as he was off sick and he promised to sort it out immediately. Well I requested documentary Proof of my cancelled contract and that I owe nothing from them, but have still not received and calls, confirmation or that letter.

But this evening I again received and email from Annelise Antoinette Badenhorst, SAYA Recoveries about payment and providing different payment options plus stating that "I can contact their call centre and find out if I MIGHT qualify for a 50% Discount"

So obvious that neither Julie van Rooyen or the Area Manager Chris, made any effort to call Saya Recoveries to set the record straight or to provide me with that letter stating that I owe nothing.

I have never in my entire life come across such unprofessionalism and blatant lies and the worst is PLANET FITNESS does not care that their reputation is compromised by these staff members, and that is sad because integrity, honesty and work-pride should be pillars any company demand from it's staff, but it seems those are not required from PF Staff Members.. So clearly neither
