incompetence and bad service

I had a gym contract with them which i cancelled in December 2017- yet they are debiting my account every month to this day. when i call in to inquire they told me to reverse it or wait 14 days. i went to the bank to reverse it and now i am getting SMEs everyday that my account is in arrears.

The consultants always transfer you from 1 person to another and they never have answers, I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED AT YOUR SERVICE.
