Incompetence

Planet fitness has done me so dirty. They overcharged me while I am on vitality and it’s taking them ages to fix this problem and this has caused such an inconvenience to me because I cannot even access the gym freely and on my own terms anymore. I would like to put it out there to anyone who is yet to join PF that they will sign you in to join so quickly but when they make a mistake on their end, it takes them decades to fix it. This has also inconvenienced me in terms of funds because they have double deducted on my account
