Incompetance
Called supplier to resolve a matter<br> The call center consultant was unable to assist me and would follow up and get back to me straight away...<br> He first have to listen to a previous call I made and follow up on the options I was given...<br> He said he'll call wright back....<br> Still waiting...<br> almost a week later...
