Incapable of running a company

Strange how a company with a big name as Planet Fitness can allow it that a people work under their name and still have a lack of knowledge of how to meet the needs of clients.<br> <br> My family and i paid 48 months for 6 people once off, then after 36 month's they switched off our membership we have been in a fight with them just to extend our contract to 48 months as stated on our contract. <br> <br> Have been sending emails back and forth with the manager at Plattekloof, can't understand how they appoint a manager that can't even get get something like this sorted.<br> <br> They use the same excuses every time and blame head office.<br> <br> I sent mails to head and still don't get an response.<br> <br> Their is so much complaints about this gym don't understand how you make a living<br> <br> Thank you <br> <br>
