Inability to apply their own contractual provisions
Today when the Head Office contacted me following my request in relation to the validity of my contract, they were unable to advise on which clause they are relying on to confirm that I agreed to the requirements in relation to my minor children, and stated that the matter will be escalated. I then received a response from the club manager stating that I am bound by the rules and regulations pertaining to access. Yet the rules and regulations that is available on the website, (to which I was referred) also does not align with the requirements, which I disagree with. I was told that the only way their legal department is going to consider this matter is if I provide them with a letter from an Attorney. How can a legal entity hide behind contractual provisions that they are unable to identify.
