Impossible to cancel, purposely dishonest!!!

Do NOT sign up for Planet Fitness. DO NOT ALLOW FOR DEBIT ORDER MANDATE!!! YOU WILL REGRET THIS!! They will hold your account hostage.

Disastrous to join. I should have known then that it would be even more frustrating to leave!!!

They intentionally ignore cancelation notices because then they have the luxury of continuing with their debit order mandate. The bank can't cancel a debi check, only the service provider.

This is not a gym, it is a predatory subscription trap!!!!

CANCELATION NOTICE SUBMITTED, PLENTY OF EMAILS, REMINDERS, CALLS - NO ACTION FROM FROM THIS GYM. I sent a copy to the Cavendish Club Manager as that is where I signed up. Also no interest from them to help. This is a calculated, ********* business model.

Stay away. It’s not worth the stress and the inevitable headache to cancel.

Hopefully I have more luck with the Consumer Protector now than with Planet Fitness.
