Impossible to cancel gym contract, it seems

I have been trying to cancel my gym contract since June 2020 as I no longer live in the Fourways area. Management told me that I needed to get in touch with their a contact centre which is constantly 'engaged" / "network overloaded". I emailed numerous times... no luck. I emailed management numerous times. I emailed last month to ask him to ensure that they do not debit my account again. Again no luck. I will send you the emails if you want. They deducted R1638 this month, which I have had to call the bank to reverse, YET AGAIN! We can do this forever, Planet Fitness... but I would prefer not to. Cancel my contract or I may lay charges.
